In response to its commitment to excellence in supporting its commercial customers; RGTS was awarded two contracts in support of a highly visible foreign Military Sales depot repair program.
RGTS utilizes the latest computer technology where the maintenance technician requests components from his workplace with little or no interruption to the repair process. On-line support ensures the delivery of components quickly and efficiently to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
RGTS was able to achieve this unique service standard by embarking on a major capital investment program in stocking high level of spare parts that are frequently used, in its strategically located warehouses. We have also invested heavily in information technologies that allow the various stakeholders to track the various stages of the process and follow the progress of the services provided by RGTS.
With offices located in Saudi Arabia and United States, RGTS provides worldwide logistical management and oversight of the repair cycle.
Staffed by knowledgeable and experienced Logisticians, Supply Specialists, Program Managers and Contract Officers, RGTS has the ability to provide a quality Logistics Management Service which is tantamount in securing and sustaining a board range of assets.
From aircraft to repair and back to the aircraft, RGTS provides the management of these items by identifying certified Sources of Repair ( SORs) and purchasing the required parts in a proficient manner, thus reducing turnaround times and improving mission critical rates.
